Our client provides software and services to automate and improve the healthcare supply chain industry. Created and owned by members of the healthcare sector, our client serves suppliers, distributors, providers and group purchasing organizations across North America and Europe.
Reporting to the Director of Exchange Services, the Manager, Exchange Utilization is a newly formed role and will be responsible for the overall usage of the product by providers and suppliers. This position is responsible for managing the TPM team and creating the programs necessary to deliver utilization growth in all markets. This position will also oversee the operations of trading partner connections and utilization projects. The Manager, Exchange Utilization will work closely with account, product, and operational teams to deliver projects and increase the efficiency and efficacy of utilization projects.
Essential Experience
• 3-5 years technical account management or professional services experience
• A good customer and business process knowledge
• The ability to accurately analyse market conditions
• Strong understanding of enterprise application, data management and system integration
• Fluency in English and German
• Business or IT degree
